This equipment adopts a staggered 1/2 screw-pitch design using two thread-profile rolling plates. The fixed plate remains stationary, while the movable plate performs a precise linear reciprocating motion. As the workpiece feeds between the two plates, the movable plate advances, causing the workpiece to rotate and undergo surface plastic deformation, thereby forming accurate and consistent threads.
